Members accounts on the ParentPlan site (“site”) can be archived or deleted at the request of individuals legally authorised to act on behalf of the deceased member’s estate or the next of kin of the deceased member. An archived account will be stored by or on behalf of ParentPlan for five years and can be accessed on request.
To request the removal of a deceased member's account, click here.
Authorised individuals and next of kin can also request the removal of images or other media containing the deceased member which may appear on the site.
Photographs and other media containing deceased children of members of the site can be archived or deleted at the request of individuals legally authorised to act on behalf of the deceased child’s estate or their next of kin. Such individuals will also be able to request to retain information from the site such as photographs and videos which were contributed by the deceased.
Where there is an issue about whether an account on the site relating to a child should be removed, we will endeavour to reach an outcome which all relevant parties are satisfied with. This may include deleting the account but retaining particular information from the account.
To make a request please click here.
We will work with the authorised individual and/or next of kin to comply with these requests as quickly as possible.
